Powering and Coking Solution
This is an olefin drying project, with a feed gas flow rate of 49000kg/h, a temperature of 15℃, and an adsorption pressure of 1.9Mpa (G). It adopts a mode of 2-tower adsorption regeneration and main bed & guard bed.
After using the original molecular sieve for 2 years, the project encountered problems of powdering and coking, and needed to be replaced urgently.
SNOWPEAK engineers conducted an on-site analysis, and replaced with anti-coking, high-strength and high-adsorption performance molecular sieves for olefin drying, and isolated the main bed and the guard bed.
As a result, the water content of the product gas outlet was less than 0.5 ppm, far exceeding the 2 ppm requirement agreed in the contract, and the project was in good operation condition.
