The Longest Service Life
This is the KDON-16500 air separation oxygen generation project of Handan Iron and Steel Group.
The project uses SNOWPEAK’s third-generation molecular sieve for cryogenic air separation and activated alumina mixed bed, loading 42 tons of 13X-Ⅲ molecular sieve and 16 tons of activated alumina.
The project was put into use in December 2015, with an outlet CO2 content of 0.5ppm, which meets the equipment operation requirements. It has been in operation for more than 9 years, which is the project with the longest use of domestically produced high-efficiency molecular sieves in air separation equipment.
