Insulating Glass Desiccant Organic Matter Adsorption

Insulating glass (or double hermetic glass, DVH) is mainly used in buildings that require heating, air conditioning, noise or condensation prevention, and other buildings that require no direct sunlight and special light. It is widely used in residences, restaurants, hotels, office buildings, schools, hospitals, shops and other places where indoor air conditioning is required. It can also be used in doors and windows of trains, cars, ships, freezers, etc.

Insulating Glass Desiccant

Insulating glass is a glass product in which two or more pieces of glass are evenly spaced with effective support and bonded and sealed around the edges to form a dry gas space between the glass layers. Its main materials are glass, warm edge spacers, corner bolts, butyl rubber, polysulfide rubber, and desiccant.

The insulating glass desiccant can absorb moisture and residual organic matter at the same time, to keep the glass mooth and transparent even at very low temperature; can reduce the strong internal and external pressure difference due to huge temperature changes, to solve completely the distortion and breakage problem caused by the expansion or contraction of the insulating glass related to ordinary desiccants.

Molecular Sieve Solutions

Molecular sieve is excellent in drying the inner space of insulating glass due to their high water absorption rate and better physical properties.
