Molecular Sieve CaX

Molecular sieve CaX is the calcium form of the type X crystal, also called molecular sieve 10X. The effective aperture of CaX molecular sieve is about 9 angstrom (or 0.9nm), so it can adsorb molecules with a critical diameter of less than 0.9nm and exclude molecules of larger than 0.9nm.

Molecular sieve CaX has a better dynamic and static adsorption performance, because of its high adsorption capacity, well-developed internally connected pore structure and smaller crystal size. And its higher mechanical strength, also ensures a long service life. Molecular sieve CaX is often used for the adsorption separation of aromatics and paraffin refining. It is suitable for the separation of normal isoparaffins, the separation of oxygen and nitrogen in chemical, petroleum and natural gas industries. And CaX molecular sieve can also be used as catalysts and catalyst carriers.
