Zeolite Raw Powder

Molecular sieve raw powder or zeolite powder, is the main raw material for the production of formed molecular sieve. It adopts the hydrothermal synthesis method to react with sodium aluminate, sodium silicate, sodium hydroxide and water at a certain temperature. The molecular sieve raw powder has the characteristic skeleton of formed molecular sieve.

Zeolite Powder 3A 4A 5A 13X

3A molecular sieve raw powder or 3A zeolite powder, is of good shape-selective adsorption, catalysis and ion exchange properties. It can be processed into balls, strips or irregular shapes by mixing with binder and other additives, to form molecular sieves or directly to make activated powders after high temperature calcination.

4A molecular sieve raw powder or 4A zeolite powder, is mostly used in the production of polymers such as polyurethane, to absorb moisture and other impurities that affect product quality, without changing its own physical and chemical properties. Also used as a selective adsorbent, added in the production process of specific polymers or coatings, to adsorb carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and other gases. Or used as insulating glass desiccant and catalyst carrier.

5A molecular sieve raw powder or 5A zeolite powder, is a sodium aluminosilicate crystal containing structural water, belonging to the silicate class, with large specific surface area, strong calcium exchange ability and good fluidity. It is one of the main raw materials of washing powders and soaps.

10X molecular sieve raw powder or 10X zeolite powder, is mainly used for gas or liquid drying, and can adsorb iso-alkanes, aromatics and cycloalkanes with molecular diameter less than 9 angstroms, or be used as catalyst and carrier.

13X molecular sieve raw powder or 13X zeolite powder, is a fine white powder with no visible contamination form; used in air purification, air separation equipment, and gas-liquid separation.
