SNOWPEAK independent R&D center gathers outstanding molecular sieve research and development experts from China.
SNOWPEAK also employ chief scientists from China academic institutions as technical consultants, and established strategic cooperation with Zhengzhou University, Henan University of Technology, Northwestern Polytechnical University, etc., laying a solid foundation for SNOWPEAK to become an industry-competitive molecular sieve R&D center and manufacturing base.
Quality Control System
SNOWPEAK is the member of Molecular Sieve Committee of China Chemical Associaton, one of the member units of the National Standard Fourmulation of Molecular Sieve.
With a complete industrial chain, SNOWPEAK self-produced zeolite raw powder ensures the source quality of molecular sieves. Each batch of production process is checked at every level, and the final product can’t be put into storage until all indicators are tested and qualified, and quality inspection sampling must be performed before delivery.
Auto Production Line
SNOWPEAK industrial area covers 50,000 square meters, which is ample for three automated production lines. Each line is equipped with high-performance production facilities, which can be operated by computer technology. From raw material handling, capacity distribution, production schedule, process inspection, sampling inspection, packing and shipping, all are integrated into the automatic management system.
All of the above allow SNOWPEAK to improve product quality, reduce labor costs and ensure environment security.
